Pride Parade: June 2

As a recognized "Leader in LGBTQ Healthcare Equality" by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, Kaleida Health will again proudly support the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning (LGBTQ) community by participating in Buffalo's annual Pride Parade on Sunday, June 2.
The first 50 people to register will get a free Kaleida Health Pride T-shirt. 

Tour de Cure: June 1

Great Lakes Health will once again be sponsoring the Tour de Cure event to benefit the American Diabetes Association (ADA) on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Niagara University, Dwyer Ice Arena, in Niagara Falls, NY. Participants can choose to cycle, run or walk at this year’s event.

Heart to Heart Relay: May 26

Kaleida Health is partnering with the Buffalo Marathon to raise funds to fight heart disease in Western New York and benefit the best-in-class cardiac programs at Buffalo General Medical Center/Gates Vascular Institute (BGMC/GVI.)

The newly created Kaleida Health “Heart to Heart Relay,” presented by The Buffalo Marathon, will feature teams of up to four who collectively run the marathon. After a low initial sign-up fee, they rally together to reach out to their social networks to fundraise in support of the cause. Whether their running in remembrance of a family member or are a living survivor of a cardiovascular disease, these teams will be dedicated to helping Western New York fight heart disease together.

Corporate Challenge Registration Deadline: May 21

WHEN: Thursday, June 13, 2019, 6:25 pm

WHERE: Delaware Park

Mark your calendar for the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge in Buffalo. Western New York's largest road race/post-race party will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019, with the starting horn at 6:25 p.m (not the usual 6:45) in Delaware Park.

Buffalo, at 39 years running, is the second-oldest event in the Corporate Challenge Series, trailing only New York City. The 38th running Corporate Challenge in Delaware Park produced the largest crowd in the history of the event – 14,145 runners and walkers from 391 companies. Run or walk the 3.5 mile course, and then join your friends and coworkers under our big tent.
